We accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Preorder items, sale items, accessories, and final-sale pieces are not eligible for return.
We do not offer cancellations once an order is placed.
For in-stock items, orders typically process in 3–5 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and carrier.
Preorder shipping times follow the timeframe listed on each product page.
Not yet! HER ALWYS currently ships within the United States only.
International shipping will be added in a future phase of our brand rollout.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status.

- A photo of the issue
We’ll replace it or resolve the issue quickly.
We’re unable to cancel or modify orders once they’re placed.
For pre-orders, production begins immediately, so sizing, style, or color changes cannot be made.
