At HER ALWYS, all items are made to order and fulfilled through a third-party production partner. Please review the following shipping terms carefully before placing an order.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Order Processing & Production

 

All HER ALWYS products are made to order.

• Orders are typically processed and produced within 2–7 business days

• Processing times are estimates and not guaranteed

• Business days do not include weekends or holidays

Processing times may vary due to order volume, production capacity, supply chain factors, or holidays.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times begin once an order has completed production.

• Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment

• Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected carrier

Orders that qualify for free shipping must select the free shipping option at checkout. Shipping fees are not automatically refunded if a paid method is selected.

HER ALWYS does not guarantee delivery dates.

Shipping Locations

HER ALWYS currently ships within the United States only.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Carrier Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages

HER ALWYS is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, service disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.

HER ALWYS is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered. Customers must contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We may assist where possible, but replacement or refunds are not guaranteed.

Address Accuracy & Returned Packages

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

HER ALWYS is not responsible for:

• Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses

• Delays caused by address errors

• Packages returned to sender due to address issues

If a package is returned due to an address error, additional shipping fees may be required to resend the order.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because all items are made to order, orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has begun.
