At HER ALWYS, all items are made to order and produced specifically for each customer through a third-party fulfillment partner. For this reason, all sales are final.


By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the policy outlined below.


Made-to-Order Items (All Products)

Because each item is created specifically for your order:

• We do not accept returns or exchanges

• We do not offer refunds or store credit

• Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production begins


This policy helps us maintain quality, reduce waste, and keep HER ALWYS pricing intentional and fair.



Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items


If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will review the issue in accordance with our fulfillment partner’s policy.


To request a resolution, you must email support@heralwys.com within 7 days of delivery and include:


• Your order number

• Clear photos showing the issue


If the issue is confirmed, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost.

Refunds or store credit are not guaranteed and will not be issued for approved defects.




Items Not Eligible for Resolution

We are unable to offer replacements, refunds, or credit for:

• Incorrect size selection

• Color variation due to screen or lighting differences

• Buyer’s remorse or preference changes

• Normal wear and tear

• Orders placed with incorrect shipping information

Final Sale

All items sold on HER ALWYS are considered final sale, including but not limited to:

• Apparel

• Accessories

• Journals or lifestyle goods

• Sale or discounted items

• Digital products
