General Questions



Do you offer preorder items?

No. At this time, HER ALWYS does not offer preorders.

All items are made to order and produced after purchase.


Shipping & Processing


How long does order processing take?

Orders are typically processed and produced within 2–7 business days.

Processing times are estimates and may vary during launches, holidays, or high-volume periods.


How long does shipping take once my order ships?

Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after your order ships.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.



Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

No. Because all items are made to order, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or changed once placed.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. HER ALWYS currently ships within the United States only.



Returns & Replacements


Do you accept returns or offer refunds?

No. All HER ALWYS items are final sale.


We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credit due to the made-to-order nature of our products.


What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please email support@heralwys.com within 7 days of delivery and include:


• Your order number

• Clear photos showing the issue


If approved, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost. Refunds or store credit are not guaranteed.


What issues are not eligible for replacement?

We are unable to offer replacements for:


• Incorrect size selection

• Color differences due to screen or lighting variations

• Buyer’s remorse or preference changes

• Normal wear and tear

• Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout



Sizing & Fit



How do your sizes run?

HER ALWYS pieces are designed with an elevated, relaxed-luxe fit.

Most items run true to size, but fit may vary by style.


We strongly recommend reviewing the size chart listed on each product page before ordering.



Will you offer extended sizes?

Extended sizing may be added as the brand grows.

Some core styles may restock, but many colors and seasonal items are limited or produced in small runs. Availability is not guaranteed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

Buy Now, Pay Later options may be added in the future.


Why was my payment declined?

Payment issues are usually related to billing information, insufficient funds, or bank security restrictions. Please try another payment method or contact your bank for assistance.
